When you go in and deliver something to your clients what do they say when you leave? Do you gather feedback? Do you care?
Well yes – we do care. We need to know that we are meeting our client’s expectations and that our service is being delivered to a consistently high standard.
That is why we ask for testimonials as part of the post course evaluation process.
