Get improved performance with targeted IT Training
Do you find that staff spend a considerable amount of time using IT to process information and that this has a subsequent effect on performance? A skills upgrade will help in providing more efficient ways of working.
Using the IT Training Surgery team can help in increasing the skill levels of staff and give them the means to work more efficiently. Choose from a range of solutions; you could start from scratch with a standard course aimed at providing the learners with a thorough understanding of an application – whether that’s part of the Microsoft Office suite or any of the other packages we support.
- Tell us the type of work most of your people do and let us design a bespoke programme aimed at achieving specific outcomes and boosting performance, whether this is using online or face to face training.
- Give us a date and a room with a computer, and we’ll run a Training Surgery where people book a session to deal with their specific challenges. It might take two minutes or twenty to show them what they need to know, but they will get what they need when they need it.
Or you can create an annual training contract that may include a mix and match version of any of the above.
Meet our Trainers
Paul Wherly
I enjoy IT training in a classroom situation because of the interaction between myself and the learners, finding out what their objectives are, what they already know, sharing knowledge and guiding them to fulfil their training objectives. Outside of training, I enjoy swimming up and down, cycling from side to side and walking to and fro but preferably not altogether on the same day!
Paul delivers both face to face and online alongside the rest of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access. He also trains our VBA courses and Visio Courses. Friendly and fun.
Paul is a Certified Live Online Learning Facilitator.
Mike Linton
Mike has been training Microsoft Products for many years and has worked with The IT Training Surgery since its inception. He always gets great results from his training.
Mike delivers Microsoft Office training at all levels both face to face, and online, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access and added to this is his ability to provide Microsoft Project training.
As with all of our trainers, Mike works well in any environment.
Kevin Tarry
In my early working life, I recall training in IT or technical subjects always being so boring, not because of the content, but by the way, it was delivered. When I moved into the training profession, I knew it was down to me to make training fun and enjoyable, as well as meeting the need for skills development.
Hopefully, I have achieved this in my delivery, as my feedback indicates so!
Kevin trains all the Microsoft Office products both face to face and online and is comfortable in any environment, whether that be a large corporate enterprise or a small charity. Kevin’s specialities are Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and database design.
