Quick Tip for Microsoft Word 2010

A theme in Microsoft Word 2010 consists of colours, fonts and effects. A theme affects all the content in your document.

To use a theme to apply formatting

  1. Place your cursor anywhere in your document
  2. Go to the Page Layout tab on the ribbon (1)
  3. Go to the Themes Group
  4. Click on the Themes button (2)
  5. Select the theme you would like to apply (3)
