Create a Contact Group in Outlook 2010

Create a Contact Group in Outlook 2010 (applies to Outlook 2013 as well)

There are times when you would like to write to a group of people on a regular basis. Instead of adding all the email addresses to the email individually which can be time consuming, you might want to consider creating a Contact Group. This used be called a Distribution List in older versions of Outlook.

In the video tutorial that follows I show you how to do this in Outlook 2010, however the instructions are the same for Outlook 2013 except that Contacts have been renamed People.
