Non-breaking spaces in Word 2010

Quick Tip for Microsoft Word 2010

A non-breaking space (also known as a hard space) prevents line breaking. It comes useful in situations when at the end of the line, a space is required without breaking the line.

To insert a non-breaking space

Wordspace1

When typing, type Ctrl+Shift+Space on keyboard. It will insert non-breaking space.
