Outlook Web Access an Introduction

Last week saw the start of the new series of PowerTips Office365. We took a look at what Office365 is. If you missed last week’s episode, you can find it here.

Outlook Web Access

This is what you use when you are working on the web. Perhaps you are working at a client’s office or are simply away from your own computer. You need to access your email and you can – using Outlook Web Access or OWA for short.

In today’s video we learn about the interface and I compare it with the desktop version of Outlook showing you what is different and where things are that you might be fooled into thinking were not available!

We will find your hidden folders and see where some of the Options live.

Go ahead and watch the video and please do let me know what you would like to know.

If  you enjoy tips please share with your colleagues and networks and to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Till next week!
