Video Tip: The Quick Access Toolbar

The Quick Access Toolbar was introduced with Office 2007 with the advent of the Ribbon. You can add your favourite icons to the Quick Access Toolbar and they are always available no matter which ribbon you are on.

In Microsoft Word 2010 you can add or remove icons from the Quick Access Toolbar. Handy for those frequently used icons – it means no more searching for the icon you want. It is always right there!

Which icons will you add to the Quick Access toolbar?

Let me know in the comments how you use the Quick Access Toolbar!
