Create your own Ribbon in Excel

Create your own Ribbon – with your own groups and icons

Why would you want to have your own Ribbon? Perhaps you notice that you are jumping all over the show between the Ribbon tabs and that you only use a few icons from each Ribbon. It would be handy to have your own customised Ribbon tab with your favourite and most used icons on it. Then everything you need is at your fingertips and you will never forget where anything is located.

In the video tip below, you will see how to create your own Ribbon in Excel – this is Excel 2010 however the instructions are the same for Excel 2010, Excel 2013 and Excel 2016.  You can also follow these instructions in Word, and PowerPoint too.
